Thanks guys and gals for the shootout. Hope you have enjoyed the workout thoroughly......

For the first time, I suffered 5 shots - bruises all over my body, notably 2 shots on my back (who showed his/her true colour?) and one on my head.

Man, perhaps my total surface area has grown again......
