Dear All....
After much discussion, some conclusion and proposal has been made.
1. Photo shoot will take place on a Sunday morning
2. Meeting time will be 6am (we are planning for sun rise photo shoot + morning shoot)
3. 2 venue for the shoot (a) Tanjong Rhu (b) Fullerton
4. We manage to get a kind photographer to do a Free shoot for us (we will buy him a token/treat to thank him for his effort) * His name is Hendry.
5. We may need to meet for a brief before we proceed. (Please let me know if this is needed)
6. Those who are tentative, please put (Tentative) so that we can finalize the headcount. Please register and please don't come unannounced.

I am proposing on 27 June(Sun)
Some ground rules during the shoot:
(a) All cars must be washed and clean up for photoshoot. *please don't come in a muddy looking car
(b) Please be punctual
(c) We have limited time, so during formation let's form up fast as we are catching the sun rise background
(d) Convoy to 2nd location, no speeding (we do not want to get anyone caught by enforcement)
*I'll make a trip to photoshooting location today and post up. Any suggestion in better photoshoot location is most welcome.
