having seen all these comments, i must be very fortunate then. sales person whom i bought the car from is a petrol head who has a heavily modded car himself. extremely knowledgeble on the technical and business aspects of BMW as a company.

Never fails to take care of customers needs as well. his philosophy is to take care of his customers and the numbers will take care of him.

agree..they cant be bothered..the sale person promised to call me when the Z4 brochure is available..havent heard from him yet in months..in the first place, if u cannot deliver then dont promise..anyway, i have given up on them..their previous sales ppl a few years ago were almost impeccable..

To be fair, its still the luck of the draw...... Got a good SE at PML..... got a screwed one at C&C... so buy a bimmer.... or vice versa...

Having said that, I still think that some SEs have to brush up on tech n sales skills

not sure if it makes any sense at all to spend all the time and $$ at this road show. wonder i the cost justifies the amount of revenue made the last 3 days. better off having more POJ events at the showroom. that'll attract

With C & C launching new product, its a marketing stretegy to create, and most importantly, maintain awareness of the badge...

Trust me, when the new 5 is launched year end or early next year.... C&C will do likewise

Lucky you. Its always good to have a technically sound SE to go through details with you..... I can't complain too much abt my SE in terms of b4 and after sales service.... but on the more technical side....I am less fortunate than you. Still, I feel lucky after hearing n reading what other sis n bros have gone through with not so ok SEs
