For those who are not aware, the reputable PIs have their workshops, and their workshops will face PML/MA direct in very technical cases.

In my case, my E92's sunroof was jammed, twice. Both times I sent it in to MBM and they sent it to PML and got it back the same day. Basically, I enjoyed what PML customers enjoy, albeit not facing PML direct, but routing it thru MBM.

yes, and many of these PIs now tie up with reputable workshops who specialise in conti car diagnostics and repair. If not will kenna sued by customers and they lan lan still need to go back to PML..so might as well invest in the hardware and expertise now and make customers happy rather than have their company names dragged in mud by the media..and mind you..the media and public have NO love for fcuked up PIs and workshops and will crucify them.

Our cars are properly born from Germany as well leh...and direct into Sg thru an agent's imports, so we are Direct Sons

The PML/MA ones are the adopted sons.

Only in Sg do adopted sons get treated better.

No Direct Sons lah. LaMWyer want to turn black into white. PI cars come in thru back door, akin to back door listing. Worst still.. at least back door listing is recognised by SGS. PI not recognised by AD. Even LTA very suspicious of declarations and taxes paid.

Still a second class citizen.

Such an easy way to black-label all PIs with one stroke of your brush..... all in the convenience of a lack of research.

overall I am still satisfy with their service...may be regular customer to them. I used to claim headlight, taillight, leather seat, start switch, rotor, cup holder, bracket, gps, steering switch and suspension. All granted with no issue. It depends on how your SA work with you. No doubt some SA su*k big time...do go back to the same SA.....I just sharing of their good service recovery... I am also quite fussy one as well.

My experience with PML has been fine so far. They responded to and handled my queries very quickly and professionally. They even took the initiative to call me up to remind me that my 8000km servicing is due and if I would like to make an appointment with them.
