Wow great pics ! Love that car.. was supposed buy that instead of my E90 but due to wife complaining abt the canvas top had to settle for the saloon ..

Btw is the Performance Steering Wheel a optional feature? the car i took on the test drive didn't have that at all .. and when i asked for the options list for the 1's they said that there isn't any at that point of time.. how much was it? *still drooling*

Hahah test drove the E90, but decded to wait 3 months for the new 1 series to be launched.

Its in the options, but seems PML is taking their time to bring them in. ,, u see if they install for u... they have to warranty it i guess.... Steering wheel and body kit (1of 2 in SG) was installed by mike from SWC . Price, pls chk mkt rate from overseas website as this is imported. Oh ya,,, mine has no paddle shift, but now have it anyway...

As for the hood insulation, could be due to heat issues? not sure if its due to our climate that its not there? I am also not sure.... can only speculate that its a localisation issue as there seems to be holes in the underside for some sort of clip on insulation ....anyway not installing until someone can confirm its OK to install one, original or otherwise....

Guys,

your 120i cab comes with the ipod cable as default in the glove compartment? I just collected my wife's 120i cab. I put in full options, so it comes with iDrive. PML told me 120i cab with iDrive, the ipod cable cannot be installed??? my 335 cab with iDrive can leh, what crap? no logic to me...anybody knows why???

Yes mine came with the cable in the gove compartment.. but not sure if the idrive can support ipod connector.... i think there's a gen 1 phone kit supp to work with the Idrive... i always assume if can support iphone = support for ipod.... anyway might as well get an iphone rite....can recv phonecall also...

BTW, the ipod connector does not support iphones.... dosen't charge... just play... so u still have to buy yr own 12V iphone charge kit for now...

BRo , i just collected my BMW 116i yesterday and i went to fix a amp for my car , after driving home i realise that my air bag signal and my belt signal keep blinking and best part is my agent doesnt give mi a manual . ANy brother can advise on where to fix this problem ?

And also where can i get my manual ???

Hi Yes, its a rear wheel drive. Er u mean yr SA didn't explain to you the functions and capability of the car. Anyway can I assume that you bought this from a PI? If so, you should send the car back to them about the error messsages..

Hi Bro, may i know how much you paid for the 116i? I suppose only the PI has this model. Is the drive under power? I am looking at the 118i or 116i as my next ride. Cheers.

i tested the 120 cab yesterday. i am in love with bmw again. top down driving feels liberating. but the 2 litre 4 pot has no grunt....still i din really feel like driving fast with the roof down effect.

can someone point me to a PI who is selling the 125i cab, 130i cab or 135i cab?

keen on one....

Any info on PIs that does this?
