Bro, I think we're a bit far off the fan and swirl topic, perhaps as early as 4 posts ago You already know what a diesel flathead looks like from the blue model in post 91. Wedge is traditional 2 valve stuff. Pentroof is seen virtually in all modern 4 valves. Hemispherical - just imagine the upper half of a sphere being the chamber. Flathead with valves in block is weird and no longer used nowadays you can try googling this one, along with aforementioned "wedge head" and "hemi head" which are less common in Asia.
