why do ppl complain about marrying when hdb flats r ready? how many countries hv 'free' money for couples in this way? how many of u/us used that profit from ur HDB flat after 5 yrs to put as downpayment for your first private?
...but that mentality had &/ may have created social problems too....most times..unhappy marriages...& / divorces...after all's established...mny years dwn the road...
