Aaron, I just changed my normal steering to the M sport steering and I must say it is hell lot of difference.
The grip the smaller diameter makes it a different car altogether.
Coupled with the sprint booster, the 320i is a lot more fun and agile compare to my cumbresome F10.

Though it is a bit pricey but I think is still worth considering, once again, beside the aesthetic bits that people has been telling you off, I think safety is also pretty important. Have an Airbag

I bought used steering with Multi function switch for 400 sgd
Airbag- 650 sgd.
Installation another 40 bucks

I think you need to go LTA to change your car log card details as well.

Can do it online at LTA webby... I did mine there too.
