Im with AIG and someone rear ended me on 1st day on CNY this year. Claimed all repair and courtesy car from the other party who is with Tokio Marine without any problem.

Did you get from AIG direct or you were with Chartis ?

I was with Chartis. By the way, if your ride is insured with AIG, you can enjoy discount when you sign up Chartis Voyager travel insurance. I can't remember the exact amount of discount but all i know is the price quoted to me could not be matched by other insurance companies (20-30% cheaper).
