Is Sime insurance broker unpopular? I've been using them for all the family BMWs. When renewal time comes by, they automatically send quote for insurers which includes AD workshops. and price is lower than what i get from other agents. I'm also a bit lazy to go get quotes on my own, so its useful to me.
suggest you be careful with MA if you're driving a non-M car. take photos and check your car when you send in and check for damage afterwards. Had rather bad experiences with them. When everything goes smooth, any workshop is great. But when things go wrong, you realize whether the premium you paid is really worth it.
And technically speaking, MA seems less proficient with some of the non-M cars. Had their staff quote me wrong parts and services. If i listened to them, i'd end up paying much more than i needed. In the end, PML saved me and gave me proper advice for the car model in question.
If its just body work, i guess MA is fine. just check for damage post repair. Cos when that happens, good luck finding someone there to resolve it. I used to think PML was lacking. till i met MA. IMHO, PML has improved a lot lately - just make sure you stick to a CSA you can trust.

Ok ..... Was rear ended by a KIA. Now driving one ...... MA got me a KIA and will be with it for a week.
