Recommended Tyre Shop with Balancing

Can someone recommend a good tyre shop with reasonable price rates along with tire/rim balancing equipment?

Planning on getting replacement tyres for both my front 18" soon. Any recommendations for tyres as well? I'm on the cheapo china Eagle F1 from past owner (know who stocks them?) and so far so good based on my experience on wet or dry (just a lil noisy) IMO.

Kian Teong (Sin Min Autocare) and Leong Seng (Paya Ubi). They are both quite good and friendly IMO.
