That's already $261 psf before development! Thought normal HDB is about $350psf?

Was not clear in my statement. 350 psf was the price of a HDB flat in that area at that time.

Prices as close to getting a EC, but EC having more to offer like having facilities and becoming a private condo after 10 years.
