It is the car, not the driver. Turn off the aircon, rev Altis to 6000 rpm and try again. Maybe can overtake this time round.

When someone is playing with u... either u go in front or u slow down and stop... if he stops... then still can jio... if not... then get on with life.

If want to beam at a slower driver in front, need to be prepared that he will jam brake. Not every driver on the road will readily switch another lane to make way.
