some announcements:
1. This track day Gerald Tan will be helping me with the organisation. I will not be there. He will be attending the safety brief, and handing out the wrist tags for the drivers.
Please bring along your own pens to fill up the indemnity forms.
2. Sepang has, for 2013 onwards, imposed a RM2400 security deposit for every track booking, which I have already paid for. It is used for damages to the track, which in usual cases involve barrier repairs, and cleaning up of oil spills on track. Each trackkie is responsible for payment such damages. If the security deposit is forfeited in part or in whole by SIC for your damages, you must pay BMWSG the forfeited amount. For those who do not agree to this term, you must pull out of the track day and I will refund your track fees. For damages amounnts that exceed RM2400, you will settle this directly with SIC.
3. Pls be advised that the Ayer Keroh 209km petrol station is undergoing renovations, so it will be closed. Please use the one before that (I think is 205km)
4. For those who intend to turn up at the track and pay on the spot, please don't do it as it will increase the hassle for the organiser. Please pay beforehand via interbank transfer as per the first post.

Thanks guys, for coming by, and thanks to Gerald for helping me organise the track day in my absence. We have 24 participants this time round. There are some that turned up and paid at the track. So we made a loss of 16 cars. See the official thread for accounting.
James, sorry you had to wait so long. Sometimes, the marshals are not really on the ball. Those who see a stricken car can come back and inform race control of what you see, and they will react accordingly.
I will be opening up the registration for the July 28 track day very soon. SIC has changed their booking policy to be very unfriendly. And I need early funds from participants to make the very early deposit and make the event happen. For those who can, do transfer me the funds asap. Sepang frequently tells me they will give our confirmed dates away to others who can pay earlier...

I have the next track day marked on my calendar... I hope nothing clashes with it
Won't be bringing my F10 to track though... later buang or anything heart pain. Will start with an old/cheap car first. It will be my first time at the track. I've got some uprated brake pads to prepare for it!
