Please sign up here for our first BMWSG Sepang Track Day for 2013!! It's been a 5 month break. Thanks to all for your support these years.
This track day is reserved only for BMWSG members only. Please check in regularly to be aware of the take-up rate and slots remaining. We do not allow other members of the public to participate.
Venue: Sepang International Circuit
Date/Time: 12 May 2013, Sunday, 9am- 12pm
Max cars: 40 cars
Track fee: 600rm or S$250
Extra Driver (sharing car): 100rm or S$40
- Payment: Only prepayment is accepted, and confirmation of booking is only upon payment. Position on this list does not confirm participation over those that are lower down. Please sms me your name, forum nick, car model and contact number when you transfer so that I can track your payment. If you are dropping off a cheque pls sms me for Payee Name.
- Please add in as cents, the number of your position on the list. This is to help me track the payments. For eg, if you are number 17 on the list, please transfer S$250.17. If you are number 45 on the list, please transfer S$250.45. If you are transferring together with your friends, just use your own position number. Please do so especially for cheques and ATM transfers.
- Priority will be given to active forummers should there be excess demand. Please refer to the official 2012 track day discussion thread for more details.
- The safety brief will start at 840am sharp. Those who do not make this timing will have to stay back and attend the next one, possibly eating into the track time. This is to ensure that those who arrive early can go out in time and not be held back by latecomers. We have a big problem with latecomers, especially those who are also new to BMWSG's track days, as you miss out on our safety brief, so please come on time.
- Convoy: Please indicate on the convoy list below if you need a convoy to go up with but you don't currently have one to join. If you are joining your own group of friends for your own personal convoy please do not indicate here.
- Newbies: All newbies with less than 3 track days at Sepang will be assigned before the event day, a person to help orientate you to the track and to track driving. Please remember to leave me your contact number so I can help coordinate. Please pick up 4 strips of red tape to mark 2 X's on your front and rear windscreen after the safety brief.
- Please read the safety brief and FAQ thread (http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/track-s...q-newbies.html), and print out the indemnity form (http://www.bmw-sg.com/forums/attachm...ity-form_1.zip) and fill it up before registration on the day itself. Passengers will also need to fill out the indemnity forms.
- All spectators, photographers are welcome, free of charge. Children below teenage years are not allowed at the pit walls and track.
