SJP 7960e Silver Honda Airwave (Accident on 15th April)

Dear bros,

I am appealing and hope that anyone could provide me information on the a/m vehicle.

The lady driver (abt 40 years plus), speak Mandarin only, reverse her vehicle on hit onto my vehicle on 15th April at 2154hr at Hougang Central Carpark.

She try to avoided and drove off but I managed to got hold her. She gave me her name as Ms Qiu and mobile number. Had asked me to redo the repair myself as she doesn't want to do claim and called her mobile after its done.

Today, tried calling her mobile to settle the bill and found out that the mobile number don't belong to her.

Something strange is that the number was a missed call from her Hp that night when I asked her to call on my mobile. How come now it turn out to be another person mobile ?

What can be done ?

What should I do ?

if you used her hp and gave yourself a missed call and turns out that she dont own that phone. what makes you think that after finding her, she will pay you? or even admit to being in Hougang ever?

was it recorded when she bang into you? go Police station if you have the recorded proof else think is gonna be tough......unless got eye witness.....track her down thru the handphone number...

If u hv video then claim her. No need to wait. If u no video, make police report by describing her appearance with features stating hit n run case. Pls get statement from your repair shop.

Lastly get a lawyer to represent u.

Hope it helps... If outlay cash is over repair cost, leave it otherwise if u hv the cash but want to catch the culprit to punish her, then go for it

What you report as?? Cheating? Hit and run?
If I'm not wrong.... Over 24 hrs and no written proof that he/she agreed to pay the damage..... There will be no case......

Go TP... Pass them the video and tell them... U suspect the lady drove the above said car got no lic.... Danger to public Safety.....
If they ask why now then report?? Tell them u waiting for durians to drop.... (joking)... Just tell them wat happened and driver or the owner of the number trying to be funny...... That's CHEATING....

If u dun have video but u can describe the lady sure catch her face to face talk. There are so many cameras in the area sure will capture her or even the carpark cash card reader.

Thank you all bros for your advise.

I haven tried TP but will do it ASAP. Just surprised and disappointed that police ignore the case.

Anyway the police told me that the driver had the right not to give u the NRIC if he or she doesn't want to. All you can do is to take down the car plate number.

Juz hope that if anyone of you see this vehicle...can let me know...I believe that such act are really intolerable.
