master bathroom comes with typical wc sitting on floor.
past 10yrs 99% launches above $1k / ft sq comes with wc hung on wall.
even hdb duxton pinnacle has toilet sitting on wall.
more sophistication and class expected from an international designer and developer.

sold 125 units at its 99-year leasehold Bishan condo Sky
Habitat as at 6pm Sunday. Average prices for four-bedroom
and one-bedroom units were S$1,642psf and S$1,747psf
respectively. Two- and three-bedroom units accounted for 81%
of the units sold. 180 of the 509 units have been released so

Heard from my agent, almost all are maximum loan ~80%. Huat !!
BUT if interest rate increases in 1-3years times, then all will start to sweat leow......
1% increase of 1.5mil is $15000 extra, divided by said 40 years loan, cheap cheap, only increase by $1250/mth
