You know, if I own an E60, I would ask you to bring in a 2nd set of everything you are bringing in for your own car, so that I can "twin" my car with yours.

Well almost eveything - not sure if my budget would be as big as yours. Haha!

Alot of bros here think that the E60 M5 steering is about the same pricing as the E46 M3's.....

E46 M3 paddleshift steering is about S$1.1k after discount & it comes with everything complete except the round airbag.

Great job on the 5er Wil. I guess you must be Roveractive's favourite buyer on eBay by now. I've got the M6 steering and all the gearshift knob as well as surrounds, compliments of Roveractive...but decided to keep my interior stock. But now after seeing the pixs above, I don't know how long I can resist putting those parts together...

Good job...please send us more progress pix. You'll scare away even the Ponies with that exhaust setup of yours.

Yep, Justin sent me the RHD plate foc when I bought the steering, full set as well. I was even going to get the M6 kit but thought...hmmm....650i SMG cabrio....then M6 kit...a bit too "try hard". Burnt a small hole in my pocket with just these few tiny bits, and that was until my ACS kit came in, and those bloody racing wheels in 21s. If you figure out how to connect the wiring for the gearknob and make them work properly, please let me know. Thinking of getting the base plate coated in Ruthenium to blend with the interior. The other buttons, well, I might need it to hook up to my rocket propel grenades and eject seat on the passenger side LOL

Great stuff you're doing to your 5er, it's gonna look totally wild! Those Maya rims are fabulous, didn't think anyone would bring them into SG. The lips on them are .... SWOLLEN!

Do the indicators in the M5 gearknob work? Meaning do they light up when activated?
These pictures are making me think again about fitting the set I purchased 2.5 months ago. It's still sitting on the shelve gathering dust. Understand that there's quite a bit of mucking around with the wiring.

And the installation of the M5 wheel does look like a real pain. Ow! But it sure looks great!

BTW, it's not just lighting the gearknob up...what about the up and down shift lights?
