If Man Utd had to lose a game, losing to Man City so early in the league is not a bad thing.

At least it can wake up the sloppy players. Better now than in March or April.

At least it can convince Alex we need to spend some serious money. Better now than later.

And at least it can give others an impression that the league is over soon. Man Utd can suck thumb and Man City can safely say they have one hand on the title. Or wait, is it still too early?
