I think we can do it... we have got the momentum going for us and Arsenal will be playing at home which is an addded advantage.

They are doing well currently.

Hope no need to fall behind first, then come back and win. :p

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Stevie G came back from injury and scored a hattrick... that's impressive.

I hope it will be Arsenal and Liverpool that secure the 3rd and 4th spot respectively.

Mancini also say that, as their game started after Man U's.:p

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Man Utd is finishing very strongly towards the end of the season and may soon overtake Man City on goal difference as well. I predict Man City will fall further behind with a gap of 5 to 7 points when this season come to a close.

Traditionally, Man Utd's strengths emerged towards the end of season. What's in their favour is the string of easy games (relative to Man City's).

The key is still the game at Etihad on April 30th.

Would be great to dash city's billion dollar dream at their own backyard. Also, Looking at arsenal and Chelsea's resurgence of the late, I can't see city wining any of the 2 games.
