Traditionally, Man Utd's strengths emerged towards the end of season. What's in their favour is the string of easy games (relative to Man City's).

The key is still the game at Etihad on April 30th.

kenn, honestly i forsee that when we go into that match we are at least having a 5pts gap.
also reflect on last season, when we also beat chelsea when that match also bill as the biggest game..
WE MAY WALK AWAY with title NO 20!!!!!

united rocks!

Would be great to dash city's billion dollar dream at their own backyard. Also, Looking at arsenal and Chelsea's resurgence of the late, I can't see city wining any of the 2 games.

Cos nobody like man SHITY!
the only creative player in shity side is david silva! mark him dead! citi shity is dead.

Sir Alex Ferguson believes the Premier League title will not be decided until the very end of the season as Manchester United battle rivals City for the crown.

Sir Alex Ferguson has won 12 Premier League titles with Manchester United
Ferguson's men have opened up a four-point gap on top of the table following their 5-0 thrashing of Wolves on Sunday.

City, meanwhile, face Chelsea on Wednesday evening in what could be a season-defining clash for both clubs. Regardless of the outcome, Ferguson says United are prepared to go the distance.

"I expect it to go to the wire, always hope for the best and expect the worst," Ferguson told Sky Sports. "There are only nine games left now, it is just a matter of games getting cut off one by one and hopefully we achieve what we want to achieve.

"What's significant today is it's reduced the goal difference by five goals and that's down to three now and it may make a difference at the end of the season."

After the impressive win at Molineux, Ferguson challenged City to match their feat this week, suggesting Chelsea under interim boss Roberto Di Matteo will pose stiff opposition to Roberto Mancini's side.

"[City] have a big game on Wednesday," said Ferguson. "Chelsea are back to form. It will be really interesting."

Manu whack 5 past Wolves and SAF thinks it is nothing special. ManU on red hot form now. Looks like the momentum is with ManU now.

For Arsenal, hope we can keep up our momentum in the next two games against Everton and Villa. Come on Gunners!!

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

From a neutral perspective, it is very presumptuous to assume Man City could walk over Chelsea and Arsenal easily, not to mention teams like Stoke and Sunderland. If truly Man City could beats all the teams in the remaining fixtures, including Man Utd, then they truly deserve the title.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Chelsea and Spurs dropped points... Arsenal are 3rd now. Woohoo!!!

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

chelsea really did not want to win this time.....

Wasted...... last 12 mins....

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Gunners managed to grind out a result away to everton and spurs were lucky to get a draw against stoke.

The race for 1st is between the Manchester clubs. The race for third is between the London clubs.
