The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

oh no.... rooney out for 4 weeks.....
:sickinbe:

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

No worry, we have Macheda back. Park also can play in the role. They were key to last year's successful campaign, with Macheda scoring a few vital match winners. A championship side does not depend on 1 or 2 players. I believe a team of Man Utd's stature will always have someone else ready to step up to take the lead and do well. Meanwhile Rooney will recover and be fresh for the final game, likely against Inter.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

the success of a club is very much dependent on the whole team, hence I agree with you.

Kiko Macheda is a good young kid, somthing like Inzaghi. Cannot dribble, but can hold the ball, and get into the right places at the right time.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

Loony injured after Munich, liaoz...
Arsenal key players injured after last night, lagi liaoz....
Left with Chelski...
But the readings from the constellations lately is that the ball is round, so ManU will take the league.

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

I fear BPL teams will have no part in the Champions League..... scary thought.

I am a Man U fan, but at this stage, without Rooney, it is like 2 cylinders piang. And Arsenal, 2 goals conceded, needs 2 away goals at Nou Camp, tough. Unless Bendtner replicates Messi.............

Hong kan liao lah.......

Chelsea has 2 complete strikers. Man Utd has Bobotov.

why not pussie? think hes one of the most lethal strikers in the prem league. he is one of the few who stikes with both left and right foot and at almost seemingly impossible positions

yeah.....he is a good player, Good left and right foot, good eye for goals...but Arse is all about team play, and he somehow does not gel / bond with his mates.

Reminds me of nani...

nani who? hehe

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

who's the arsenal pussie? Van Persie? The last I checked, he's not a very good both-legged player. His left foot is lethal, but his right leg so-so only. Even he himself admit

Re: The Barclays Premiership / Champions League Thread

1-nil to the Arsenal!!! Woohoo...
