Proposed anti-harassment law to clamp down on cyber bullying in Singapore
Will this law protect the likes of this Brit who muttered nonsense and insults online? And this law will punish the perpetrators who exposed him on FB?
Somehow we have been seeing this coming with the rise of anti FT sentiments. Have to protect our golden boys and gals! Tighten the internet! Regulate, fine and punish people who expose others in the name of social cohesion. Can also clamp down on opposition supporters' ranting. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. *clap clap*.

If I borrow money from loanshark. They threaten me on FB. I complain to police, would they care?
One chao AM complain on FB that he received threats, and a new law is proposed.
Clearly double standard. Clearly my pockets (and eventual departure from sg) are not deep enough to cause pain to Garment and my trophy wife is not an SPG to make a change (dent) to sg legislation.
