Tyre Change

I am currently driving a 2013 registered 520I F10 running on Goodyear Excellence 245/45R18 run flat tyres. Whenever I drive across uneven surfaces, the tyres / suspension emit a "grock grock" sound. For those who have changed their run flat tyres to normal tyres, can you give me some feedback please, whether the sound will go away?

My mechanic did a test drive and he said that the sound was caused by the tyres due to the harder walls.

Sorry to hear about your ride bro...i also agree with Guardian... tik its control arms, more likely lower then upper. Hoist the car up and check?if oil coming from the front dampers then its dampers if loose wheels then its control arm?

Video on faulty control arms

Video on faulty damper/shock or strut

You can google you tube..many other videos to help you...maybe u can seel 2nd opinion from another mechanic?
