Urgh! Scratched my rims. Need help.

It was raining heavily this morning so I tried to drive as near to the curb as possible to let my daughter alight at her school, then a loud sound, "kraaacccc"! Immediately, I knew I'm screwed.

So I calmly (pretend nothing happened but heart very pain) drove to office and called up the highly-recommended Yew Lip. They told me they are not doing rim repairs for the time being. Damned!

Can anyone recommend another workshop who does rim repairs? Thanks.

There are a few listed at the Workshop and Help section but have not tried anyone of them.

I was scratched my new rims a few weeks ago, it was painful but never got the chance to fix the rims and have been living with it for the time being, in fact I added another one the other day, it was no longer painful as I know that there are shops who can fix them.

Kenntona, no lip. It's the BMW style 185. I believe it is stock 17" for E92.

i saw SWC aka Mike's place do repair curb wheel. not sure they still doing it.

Thanks to all. After checking and talking to some of the recommended workshops, I decided to go with LS.
- Had 2 rashes; front left (12 inch) & rear left (3 inch)
- LS loaned 2 stock 16 inch while they repaired mine
- 1.5 day job
- $120 for 2 wheels
- Very nicely done
I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

yes daniel from leong seng is very professional and polite, be it if you are an existing customer or not but South East is the other end of the spectrum

Guys, wat about rims with polished lips? Wonder if LS can do the jobbie??

A gd friend of mine got a quote for me but it's in Malaysia.. freakin cheap though n reputated but no idea how to send my rims in... they need it for at least 1 full day for 4 rims :angry:

just had some curb rash on my advan rs rim (gunmetal) repaired today at LS

i was amazed at how good it turned out... i would definitely recommend them, they did a great job and it only took 1/2 day

Sze Kang at amk autopoint also does repair of rims but i doubt they have spare wheels to loan out while they do the touchup etc...

Just came back from Leong Seng, and collected my Hamann rims. They did a really good job and would highly recommend.
