how do they actually get the repair job done?
do they like file it down or fill up the gaps or wad?
mine's pretty bad. here's a pic.

urs looks pretty deep bro. Dun think filing alone is going to work as you would see uneveness. They might have to putti out the curb rash before spray painting.

Well, the best method is to get it sanded down and putty over before respraying the edge.

This is an old pic of the repair on my E46 BBS CH rim.

After putty, they will sand it down again and respray the lip. This is actually the best method, instead of just filing.
