Din really check.
But i reckon the gap seems so big here cos the road is uneven.
However, left side is significantly higher than right.

Mine is also slightly higher on left...about same as your 2nd photo.

According to some experts conti cars are made with left hard drive in mind thus all weights are shifted to the right to balance out. However for us right hard drive cars have the driver side inverted thus causing this imbalance. Dunno how true.

Whatever 5er you have, the mod poison here are endless. You just need to find the poison spring to keep poisoning non stop. Need poison contacts, pm me.

Nope...not poison. Are viruses. Depend on your antibodies. ..if u kana hard....u will automatically become a carrier.

A set of good rubber, 18" rim with Continental or Michellin rubber at 275mm width, good grip, wide enough, much lower cost than 19" or 20", better absorb bumps and holes, reasonable look.

What's the correct rim size and offset for 18 inch rim and profile for 275/18 tires ? Any reasonably lightweigt and good 18 inch rims to recommend? Also can it clear BBK?

Agree with you on everything here except the look. 20in looks way much better than 18in.

Go pml or bmw ag website to download the catalogue and check out the sized.
18in after mkt ? I think you better stick to stock rims.
Some 380mm bbk might be able to squeeze into 18in wheel, but seldom do we see ppl UPGRADE F10 BBK while running on 18in wheel

245/45r18
275/40r18

Front
18x8.5 et33 or 18x8 et30

Rear
18x8 et30 or 18x9 et44, although et44 is oe spec, but I feel et44 go into wheel arch too much.

Do yourself a favour and get at least 19". Due to the not so aggressive offset from bmw, even if you put 19", it will actually still look small.

19 inch is a fair balance between comfort and O so slightly better looks. But if u gonna do 19s then only oem rims will look decent. After mkt ones will look tiny and u will regret why u didn't just wack on 20s.
