What they did to SG cars at Genting Highlands!!!

Was at Genting Highlands over the weekend and this is what happen to some of the SG cars there..:furious:...I am 1 of the poor guy that have my car scratched even though all of us parked our car in a proper lot..:furious::furious::furious:



Anybody happen to go to Genting Highlands this holiday please be careful!!!

My guess is that 3 years later they will either be complaining about their cars getting scratch here at the two IR venues, or about the expensive hotel stays and expenses here......

Singaporeans won't do that to em...not some random scratching based on nationality...

the thing about most Malaysians...even some Chinese...they have been exposed to education and a media which like to potray Singapore as the bad neighbour always caring for its interest first...that Singapore's success have come at the expense of Malaysia...

its always the easy way out, Singapore bashing instead of taking a good look at their own working ethics first...it is refreshing the current Malaysian PM seems to be bringing in line his ministers not allowing them to shoot their mouths off by Singapore bashing unlike his predecessor...instead preaching a cooperative approach...

no more "PTP will overtake PSA Singapore...KLIA, SENAI Airport will overtake Changi..."
"Disneyland in Nusajaya, Johor..." which was immediately shot down by Disneyland's spokesman the next day...

Agreed with Kenntona.
Its not so much a "Malaysian" thing. Sometimes you get the same kinda shit in SG carparks as well. Feel sorry for those affected Singaporean drivers - Whoever did it also wanted to inflict maximum damage by scratching many panels on the car, making the respray/repair more costly.

This is one reason why I always take a bus to Genting, rather than drive up. My godfather had a similar bad experience similar to the above over there, and one of my best friend's dad had his 1 week old Mitsubishi Lancer stolen too.

One thing I like about Malaysia is being able to leave this small island and go for a long drive.

My experience with Malaysians is mostly very good. Very friendly and always willing to help. I guess there are bad eggs wherever you go.

As far as car scratching goes, that seems to be a bigger problem here than across the Causeway.

uncivilised buggers........it is so hard to catch car scratchers, if one day i caught one, i will not let him off....

what r those security guards at genting doing? maybe u shld send a letter of complaint to the genting resort management or new paper, i'm sure they will be interested. make a big negative publicity on this so that the management at genting will do some thing to prevent future incidents from happening again....

Actually, taking a bus up there may be more expensive..............I do not trust these reckless bus drivers for my life. I rather take plane there. At least, the pilots are professional and will not take ur lives for risk. Otherwise, I rather my life in my own hands on the wheel.
Too many horror trips I took, and I m glad I am still alive.

Haha, sorry, i meant take a plane up to Kl and take a bus there, least, the exposure time (to reckless driving) is lesser.

once the sg casino is open.......i think most people will rather go there than travel all the way to genting....

this genting incident could be just a one-off case.....first time we heard cars were scratched...

doubt the IR venues are places that their car scratcher will come. these individuals dont stay in expensive hotels.

look at the scratches, it is done to inflict maximum respray cost to the car owners. the owner of this photo should send this picture to STOMP and ST to deter more people from going to genting.
