I nvr place any deposit when I sign the docs, I told the my se to try the loan first cos this is my first time buying BMW plus Im not familiar with car. So now loan approved if I were to back out I got nothing to lose. But I really like that F30 in white can you advice me if base on the current situation what should I nego further with my se? Thanks!

If u signed the sales contract then I suppose not quite possible to nego further.

Even if they allow u to back out, very troublesome and ugly.... And ultimately, if they use contract to talk, still may lose...

Why not just enjoy the car? Sports version plus sart sart color with solid acceleration and good fuel consumption..

IMO, current 3 series easily beat all its predecessors with more space as well..

My Se told me The 320i sport line (retail price $231,800) is more ex than luxury model. But I just check sgcarmart the list price for sport is $226,800 and $230,800 for luxury from PML. I dun know whether this se is honest or not .

I have a feeling that they mark up the retail price and give me a overtrade of 30k for my car. Does anyone know what is the market price for 320i sport currently? I bought mine at $231,800. Thanks!

Bro, I think I will call off the deal wif this Arthur. cos I call in today to pml a lady se pick up n straight away give me a discount of 20k off the retail price of 231,800 even without trade in. My ride I check on sgcarmart is selling 45k avg he told me only can take in at 35k. Then he offer a special deal of 30k which I lose 10k. U know any gd se at pml can intro?

I feel diff se from pml price may diff up to 30k. I feel that's not right pml should have a limit to pricing diff for the se n not a gap of 30k for the same model. If I did not call in yesterday I would not know the diff fr this lady se.

Bro u go calculate I thought the deal is the same, first deal u bought the car $200800, ex loan clear n u not getting any $ back, clear cut. Second deal u can sell at 45k, bought the car at 211800, clear ex loan 34k, u left wif 11k, downpay n it b $200800, but u got to sell the car yrself n provided u can sell at least 45k. Only diff is if u dun downpay u got $ on hand but monthly payment higher.

But what price that lady se take in your car? If that lady se take in at 45k market price, then end up it is still the same as the first SE who give you 30k overtrade.

PML discount is usually reflected as "overtrade" in paper work. Just like your case, even if you go find that lady se, your invoice will still put as selling price of 231,800, but trade-in price becomes higher.
