yes. but not as exciting as this yr i feel. part of te reason for the frantic booking of F10 is also becoz of COE. if not such spikes in future prolly no mad rush

Bit OT but, yes, considering that most would have booked (a) to avoid the price hike after the second March bidding and (b) the deposit is refundable.
