car is sold.

posting on behalf of a friend . her email pasted below:

Selling my car and I think it’s a great buy if you guys are interested. It’s only about 8k per year of depreciation on a fantastic car. the car is a full spec full options model with:

- IDrive
- GPS
- Bluetooth phone
- high-end sound system
- extended lighting
- Bilstein shock absorbers
- 18" 335 spec wheels
- Voice command
- sunroof
- bi xenon lights


The options are by themselves worth about 30 to 40k . Bascially pretty much everything on the options list was checked for this car.
The dealer is giving me $90k for a trade in, which obviosuly is very low. So better if someone wants it they take it at the price instead. The most important point is the price ... it is very low and would be a shame if it went at that price to the dealer .

yes PML car. serviced and maintained with them. she is third owner . it was my previous car btw and she bought it from me about three years go.

Did you do your math right?

(90,000 - 34,595) / 53 mths x 12 = $12,544

well .. that was her math for a start : ) but i think she would have assumed about 15k of body value when calculating the depreciation . that comes to ~ 9k if i am not mistaken

yea im actually looking at this car today any opinions ? I'm looking to pick it up at 90k cuz 104k is nuts
