0:20 to 0:22 he saw the car signalling right, he purposely speed up and close the gap. S-hole.

Then at 0:35 onwards he went mad.

There will be less of such incidences if people give way to one another. I'm not sure how much time you will save by speeding up to close the gap so that the car cannot come in. I used to do that, but after becoming older, realised there is no point at all.
