Re: When is the time to change battery? Think should be ok, does'nt matter whether used or new, as long as the battery is still working and the mAH and the CCA are similar to your car. How much is the reprogram?

Re: When is the time to change battery? Spoke to the battery guy and was told that should the battery suddenly dies (of which there can be no prior warning), all electrical settings of the car will be erased (not sure if that is sales talk), we have to bring back the car to PML to re-program...

Re: When is the time to change battery? Why not ask PML to change for you if your car is still under warranty? BMW battery is of very good quality and costs about $340 from PML

Re: Stock air filter - what's PML interval for changing? The recommended interval is 20K for air filter change but I changed mine at 10K. Open up the airbox to check the condition to see it justifies a change.

Re: Aircon filter very dirty! Black only mah, still got help, unless u say charcoal black. Its not PML, no good to mention name, but to be fair, price include resetting of service reminder (which costs $80 alone)

Re: When is the time to change battery? I think so, in fact Varta did not state BMW as one of the car makers that used their battery as OEM. It has Mercs, Rolls Royce, Audi, Porsche on their list

Re: When is the time to change battery? You really the can, kekeke. Possibly the longest lasting battery! Suggest you quickly change it as the consequences of the battery dies on your car is unimaginable. BTW, I have just changed my battery to Varta AGM technology, smooth and sleek now

Re: OEM 3-Year Warranty Extended warranty is strongly advisable as I learnt the hard way. For the past 1 year, I have spent about $4k replacing radiator, oil leak, air con coil, etc. and my ride is only 3+ years. Imagine the amount saved with extended warranty.
