My car was scratched while being serviced at PML recently. Looks like it scrapped against something while being driven around. The service consultant remained silent till I pointed it out. Anyone had such an encounter before and what recourse was sought against PML?

Re: BMW Servicing Intervals? How often? Exactly. Leave it to the OBC to do its job. Its so detailed with specific mileage countdown and projected date service is due. Besides, we don't usually keep our cars that long to see the ill effects of protracted servicing.....:yummie:
