Re: Thinking of the 523i On my friend's insistence, I test drove the GS300 a couple of days ago and boy, the gadgets and buttons and wood steering wheel and gear knob is fantastic. Just fantastic! Everything that I could ever want in a car are in there (in terms of interior and gadgets)...

I have just come to realise something in my recent research into the BMW 523i, the 3 series and comparing it around to the Merz (I'm currently driving a C200 but am seriously contemplating the BMW 523i). That the included options in the BMW are much less than those included options on the Merz...

Re: Thinking of the 523i I think that the OMV on the 523 is 54K and the $169 seems to be a very good price compared to the $178 that I was quoted. The new 3 series is getting some really good reviews too. My wife is keen on the 3 series because the space is much more than the previous models...
