and today, less than 48 hours after I got the damn car back ... the system is going into meltdown ... again. Navigation has failed, i.e. cannot make a route to destination. and the damn system keeps rebooting ... i.e. main display :Mad::Mad::Mad: time for the gloves to come off ...

Less than 24 hours after getting the car back, electronic issues have restarted. This is going to get interesting ...

UPDATE Got my car back yesterday. PML has updated the software for the car as well as the maps. Apparently NO error codes were recorded so they do not know why there were issues but hope that they will now be gone. Seriously? I'm also told that several others have complained about the main...

cmon dude ... it's like saying the aircon doesn't work so just open windows ... my thinking quite different on this ... it's provided, meaning I've PAID for it ... it should work. if it doesn't, it's broken and should be fixed by BMW ...

Why not? So long as other owners with issues are prepared to jump in. Strength in numbers.

no no no ... this is the 2nd time it's gone in ... some issues same as earlier but many newer ... but still a nuisance ... and my trust on the car reduces each time something happens ...

how does that matter? it's only supposed to kick in if you are backing into something that you may not see ...

then that's clearly a glitch in the software cos that's not supposed to happen ... if yours is a pml car, u shld take it back to them ...

the car has already been in once for the keys and reprogrammed ... but still persists ... and i was parking manually ... and there was nothing around me ... stupid auto brake engaged each time ... tried to park multiple times ... eventually found another spot where i was able to park !!!

i'm gonna give them ample chance and opportunity to do the right thing ... hahaha ...

- TPMS misbehaving, warning every time car is switched on of wrong tyre pressure on every tyre - key wrongly recognized, e.g. my key seen as my wife's - only one key in car at the time - serious navigation issues ... parked 100m from destination, system wants to send me on a 1 mile loop -...

No ... no engine vibration issue ... just the messed up electronics.

This car is turning out to be a nightmare !!! Electronic malfunctions, one after another ... Car going into PML today ... again ...
