I think Suarez's case should not be reckoned as a cheat. To me, he is no difference to the last defender taking chances in bringing down the striker - he risks a red card and a penalty, but he is not cheating. We see that all the time in BPL. Had Gyan scored the penalty kick, Suarez's act would not be profitable.

In fact the winner between Spain and Germany will be world champion
as they already won the hearts of many.

They are amongst the best in this tournament, and SPA is not even playing to full potential yet....

what about fair play ? i know in reality there is no perfect solution to fair play. however, we should learn and try to achieve fair play in any competition.

a handball to save a goal from goal line should be given goal straight away and red card.
rule is dead. people is alive. we can change the rule.
