MA sounds bad..
Well, so does PML i.e. PML sounds bad. No organisation start out perfect.

Frankly regardless if it is MA or PML, both will have their fair share of positive/negative feedback. However if for fair/neutral comparison (usually as humans, we do), lets look into their 'birthdays'. MA being 'young', some margin of negative feedback should be expected as it serves as lessons learnt for improvements while PML (given decades) should not have many negative feedbacks... but seem like they do.

Afterall it boils down to each individual's experiences, views, expectation, etc etc, therefore judge for thyself is e best practise e.g. some say food-A is nice, while u may find it not nice.

Cents worth and not related to MA.

any bad exp with PML? is there a thread on this?

Re: Alert: Munich Triple Service Package Complaint

Well this is my first read of 17 pages. I am not gonna jump in and say MA is right or wrong. I guess people can judge whether there is misrepresentation or not in the offering.

What I will like to share with hiadees is: why must you all go back to PML n MA to do oil n general simple servicing n pay extra $$?
I have 2 bimmers n never hv I serviced any of the cars at PML(mine is not an M so I dont even think MA). Hiadees and Hiabuays, go to the site sponsored shops n service yr car. Cheaper, faster n better. 45 mins is all it needs to do oil change.

U can even buy yr own oil, filters, etc n do yr stuff at these workshops. whats the big deal? I know someone who does his oil changes at SPC petrol kiosks. He drives an E60. Uses only carlube 5w-40 oil from NTUC. His car has no problems. if u diligently change oil every 8 to 10k km, doesnt matter if its castrol, mobil, or whatever. 5w-40 is 5w-40. maybe the cheaper brands will deteriotrate a little faster, but we are not talking about every 25k km oil change. I also hv a bottle of carlube at home on standby, to top up when my engine oil level is low although my main oil change is using liquid moly. sometimes i add 1/3 to 1/2 a bottle, esp on my 320 which has tendency to 'eat' away oil. car engine is smooth, no problem...already 7 years old.

Re: Alert: Munich Triple Service Package Complaint

Within warranty have to go back to pml/ma to do servicing. Already pay higher than PI so just pay abit more to do at AD.

Once out of warranty, go anywhere u like best.

However, many auntie/uncle still faithfully go back to chop by AD. Hehe

Paid $700+ and was assured that its should be +-10% of what I was quoted. In the end, the entire repair cost came close to $3500.

Dear Baby1M,

Thank you for your balanced feedback. Yes, let's allow the BMW owners to decide how they find the service experience. It is very subjective. On our end, we have received all the valued feedback and have introduced packages that are value added from an Authorized Service Centre.

Please do contact if there are any issues that we can assist you in. Thank you for choosing BMW.
