Ya lor
Wonder why those after market parts maunfacturers still not come up with their antidote
Maybe cos they worry that FC will increase after installing their parts and owners KPKB

Hehe, not sure
But it looks quite ok, not too complex compared to E60

F10 rear anti roll bar pathetically small
Maybe civic have a thicker bar below

Yes. The rear one is really thin. So much different than the front.

U installed the M5 front ARB as well?

Re: Anti-roll bar for f10 535i

mw already explained that why few f10 owner look to upgrade rear arb because

1. m5 rear arb could not fit normal f10

2. msport arb only 1mm thicker than stock ... what for

Good idea. Just cable tie to existing ARB. More than 1mm increase! If cable tie can hold down train tracks, sure no problem on BMW!

FC sure increase because keep lupping corner. Tire wear also increase.

Re: Anti-roll bar for f10 535i

Bros, I want to check if I am changing my F10 523i front anti roll bar to M5, do I need to change the sway link which connects to the anti roll bar?

Please advise thanks

Ok today just installed M5 ARB..

Haven't tested the cornering yet at "higher" speeds but initial feel is... its feels like stock on straight roads, not hard at all.

Tested on various humps...ok, not hard at all, feels like normal.

Did a few cornerings at "lower" speeds of 50-60km/hr...dunno whether its psychological or not but I tend to think its feels more planted than stock.

This evening will try higher speed cornering and see whether good or not.

Anyway, its a cheap mod over stock ARB cos sibeh "thin"..

Borrowing from f10.5post..the pic of the M5 ARB is ...

26mm thick.... stock is about 20mm

Those on M-Sport suspension your ARB thickness is about 23mm..so its a 3mm increase.

I also ordered for two other F10 forummers...both 535i and on M-Sport suspension. They will install tomorrow and I hope they can feedback as well...

Re: Anti-roll bar for f10 535i

Or you can buy my like new bilstein b6 shocks which would remove a lot of body roll and stay flat when cornering. But it stiffens up the ride a bit.
