don't pay instalment. when the bank ask for payment, ask them to look for the car you took the loan for, they wouldnt be able to find any car registered under your name, that means the goods is not delivered and no sales concluded. how to start repayment?

Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. My experience with this company is when something goes wrong - you can't find anyone to turn to. Really ridiculous. Maybe you should reconsider your purchase. otherwise your included servicing means you are stuck with them for the next 5 years.

People here frequently bitch about PML, but at least you can find a cust relations team to speak with, and the manager you spoke with 4 years ago is still there when you need help now.

Hope things work out fine for you. Even you get to the top management, it's pretty useless. I had a taste of it before and they are pretty hopeless in terms of problem solving.
