I think Lambo are not using double clutch gearboxes yet. Does that mean you won't buy a Lambo because of the transmission? That leaves only Ferrari for you, out of the two.

Yeah, i won't buy the current lambo even if i can afford it becos i don't like automated manual trans. Not such a big issue as toto told me the next Gallardo will have a dual clutch and will even be lighter and will be a smaller version of the Aventador. I like their direction. I have to say, toto really makes a damn good case for lambo. I am beginning to feel "self conscious" about my inclination towards Horses. Kinda dumb cos i don't even own one yet

i hv never ever picked a gal in the lambo b4! this i swear. only friends n colleagues. never from a bar or club.
u c the problem in this country...there isnt a bar where u can drive up n get off with everyone staring.....lets take zouk. u crawl in....people in the Q stares...thn u r directed to some private cp. u get off the car....n no one notices that short pudgy baldy fella suddenly...they dunno he owns the car!..

458 has 2 things which imo, have gone horribly wrong in terms of design :
1. aircon vents like warts. the conventional 3 round vents in the center like 430, 599 and F12 are simply beautiful.
2. another wart grew in the exos section. Who in the right mind designed something like that..3 tail pipes?
Their race cars version in Challenge and GTs have converted back to twin pipes in the center. That's
more like it.
Porky crest also has horse...but different horse.

But limits don't matter and track stuff is irrelevant to 99+% of supercar guys because they don't want to go to the track. To paraphrase sage Tanzy, it's all about pulling girls and how you feel pottering around the city at a slightly raised pace.
Besides, passengers can't feel steering loads or throttle response, etc. At the very least you need to let everyone drive laps :O

e gear on current generation LP is incredibly fast.... Double clutch won't be noticed by most and if anything just is too smooth and makes the car feel like a auto.
