hmm,,i find the big Ls ugly...i find the Gs incredibly good looking after 9 long years...i find the 458 sexy. i find the FF err literally butt ugly. i find the mac err nice? n i find all PORKYS terribly terribly ugly (but i ack they prob hv the best engineering put into their GT3 types).

my last sports car will be a porky GT3 RS.

FF is the ugliest horse among the horses... no family identity...

PM sent. Relative performance is prob not the most important for the exact reason you mentioned. We are never gonna get anywhere near their max potential. It's the driving and ownership experience that is most important!

pm replied. got it?

Liken to a mutated horse

Re: Bull vs Horse

Is it true that Lambo no longer has that many hand-made parts as before as compared to Ferrari? Given Audi's influence, they lost the italian touch? true?

Got it, thanks :) I feel the same abt the big ass Aventador and all its previous versions. However, each time one passes by on the road, i want to come to attention and salute the big mother. They are indeed too big and unwieldy as a supercar. It's nice to see the F12 buck the trend.

Re: Bull vs Horse

California and FF are both butt fugly!!

Re: Bull vs Horse

Just search Gallardo for fun at sgcarmart and this turn up. $688,800 for a one year old car is massive depreciation!!!

How much depre is that?

M3 depre in first year is already $100,000.

the engine is still built in italy. car is fully assembled in sant agatha. parts r QC by audi from all over the world. the lambo carbons r jointly developed with boeing. used in cars n the dreamliner now. if u lift up the car u can see fuel hoses n brake hoses stamped AUDI in the gallardos.

even for Fs...the electronics r moving more n more to borsch compared to previously solely magnetti maretti. also F n Ls do share some electronics from both companies.

its in the marketing. for eg. lambos will never go claim we hv the fastest 0-100 time...thats the F way of doing things cos F is in F1. lambos make 550 to 570....n they tell u 10hp difference. in fact its all the same ECU. same block. noo difference.

lambo's strategy is basiucally...fcuk care what u think..we do our cars this way....cos our ah seng clients dun give 2 hoots. n i think going fwd lambo is going to align more n moe with lightening their cars via revolutionary CF...

so to answer ur question.....italian car with german engineering? for me its a good thing...at least car doesnt break apart often. services like a german car...solid built..but still italian where it counts...in design and attitude.

Yeah, that Sesto Elemento show car is stunning! If future cars are anything like that, Lambo is gonna run circles round Horses esp when the latter is still insisting on Aluminium.

Re: Bull vs Horse

elemento is actually nothing but the same engine in a crazy CF tub n all.. they r making 20. rumour 3 to come here...n none of which u will c on the roads. 5mio...seow

ok i dun wanna hog this thread...u all hv questions can pm me one. bye bye.

$300k is some serious stuff. But it is for Lambo.
M3 almost no value already. It depres more than RS5 and C63, percentage wise.
I bought my M3 Individual coupe from Munich at $398k. Brand new list price now is $420k. Best offer from Munich is $300k if I trade in for M5, before overtrade. Some dealers only giving $280k or less. Horrible. My car less than a year old, nothing wrong. Still got new car smell.

Drive into coffin.

not that much difference. 25-30% loss.
