Expertise with min down time for BMW engine overhaul.

Mrs. Hoe's BMW 316i is having serious Engine issue where constant engine check light and after a complete inspection and check, our team of BMW engine confirmed the issue lies with the internal engine piston.

The car is swiftly hoisted up to carry out the Engine Overhaul repair.

The front part is the BMW N13 Engine and the rear is the Gearbox.

The Engine is preparing to be disassembled.

All Engine parts after disassemble are placed carefully.

The Engine is further stripped to complete the Engine Overhaul

That’s the cue when you know all Engine parts have been fully stripped.

BMW special tools are required to install back some of the Engine parts.

Torque wrenches are important to ensure a balanced rotation without over tightening.

Our BMW Guru followed the nose to the bad gaskets. With prolonged exposure to high engine temperature over time, the gaskets tend to become bristle and cause oil to leak. Urgent replacement of the gaskets is recommended on the earliest sign of wear.

With the Valve Cover removed, peek at the inside of the F25 engine.

The persistent squeak from the engine compartment drove Richard up the wall. It occurs in the morning when he starts his car. Got to check in the car our workshop for a solution as well as doing a car servicing.

Richard arrives at Revol Carz Garage saying there is a squeaking noise in the engine compartment.

Our team of BWW specialists knows where to spot the issue. We didn’t find a noisy rodent but caught the badly worn Fan Belt which was the mysterious squeaky little culprit.

The Belt Tension-assembly plays an important role in efficient performance. Subjected to wear-and-tear, it should be replaced simultaneously with the Fan Belt at recommended intervals specified in the car manufacturer’s manual.

A fresh new Fan Belt is ready for the replacement.

The BMW 318i diverted to Revol Carz Garage when the dashboard flashed a warning light reminding that the Front Brakes were worn below the minimum depth.

Brake Light coming on is another indicator of worn Brake Pads and Rotors.

The worn down Brake Pads and rotor before dismantling.

Heavily worn-down Rotor and Brake Shoes.

New replacement factory Rotors and Brake Shoes are installed.

Now both Front Brakes are installed with original Rotors and Brake Shoes. The Brake Wear Sensor is also replaced and reset.

The BMW 318i was subjected to stringent QC checking all the boxes before heading to the washing bay for a complimentary foam wash and interior cleaning.
