Thankfully, I did not believe in the authority's assessment of these black swan events in weather during the last flood.

I have modded my car to be able to submerge in such floods. Later I go Orchard and shop for muddy crocs Birkins.

coming from patterson rd or Hermes side of orchard road he can only converge into the center, which looks to be the worst part. nothing much he can do to avoid this by the looks of it

Got, stop car before heavy flood area, turn off engine and wait it out.

Got, stop car before heavy flood area, turn off engine and wait it out.

spot on.......i almost got caught at the 6th ave flood the last time, i make a 4 pt turn n run, kenna horn n ugly stares but who cares....

those people still queuing to chong thru......crazy.
