I am starting this thread to share my 4 yr 9 mths 80k Km E60 parts replaced recently...

Battery and Wipers

Tyres and Rims

Bonnet stay Gas Absorber

Brake Calliper Seal

Brake Disc and Rotor (Front and Rear)

Brake Wear Sensor

WishBones

Linkage Stabliser

Thrust Arm Lower Arm and MultiLink Arm

Please post what other items you guys replaced while reaching 5th Birthday...

The uneven spring damping action of my rear shocks were causing uneven tire wear. I had my E60's springs and shock dampers replaced on its 5th year.

get a mech to check all rubber hoses n radiator. battery also.... my battery died on me last month together with dunno wat starter.... car probably needs a fresh coat of paint too.

I am thinking to keep my e60 for 2 more years. Now it is reaching 3rd with 60k. What much did all that cost?

My 3rd year not too bad lor...

Tyre, battery, wiper, front and rear brake pad plus front rotor, both brake sensor...

If I recall correctly almost these items replaced on 3rd birthday...

You can go Eng Soon buy Liao and go WS pay labour cum service charge to fix them

my 08 e60 suffered an oil leakage, luckily i managed to discover it soon.. maybe you should get that checked out as well

hi hi...my friend 523 E60...just changed his 4 X stocks as well..but he buy all from Goldenlink (think the brand he bought was Bilstien) like wrong spelling...and get workshop to install...total damage: less den 1k....
