Bro Toto, just want you to know of the great service provided by Li Kai and his team at your S'goon branch ws. They properly reinstalled my new driver's side door arm-rest under tricky conditions after my regular ws had failed, at the same time they discovered and replaced a missing door speaker wire. Very impressed with service attitude and quality, preese give them big ang pao

thank you. always good to hear nice things. I think being in this forum and others long enuf, we hv come to learn...technical knowledge is very important...but above that the differeintating factor is service. service meaning good response time, turnaround, clean environment, helpful and friendly staff from mechs to management.
also, I m sure one day we will get the nastys in some ways. its hard to be perfect. but will deal with that as best too.
