maybe they on holidays... if no reply, i think u can cancel the transaction and redo it by another acc name.... Hope u can resolve it fast and joining in...

sorry, just got back to singapore. still haven't got a reply from them. call my card company to cancel but told that i have to file a dispute form and it take them a month to investigate!!! so sian...
