Current D10 Landed Property Prices?

Just wondering.

Any buyers/ sellers/ agents out there...
If anyone might have a more intimate feel of the market?

My guess is that the super-high end is tapering off.
Perhaps, some spillover into the next tiers...

I've a 3-Storey D10 Semi-D, that our family might consider letting go.
Edit : more details as requested.

Land Area - 4000 sqft
Built Up - 4400 sqft

So. What's the market looking like?

In my view, S$700 psf is not a bad offer if it is not near any good school like Nanyang or RGPS. Last week paper, those near Good School & upcoming MRT start decline to S$799 psf from the previous S$1,000psf range. Not forgeting this is only the beginning of the crisis.

If you are selling to upgrade ie SELL cheap & BUY cheap, it is still considerable.

u need to say where is ur road n size. the difference is very big. small 4k size at nanyang area prob looking close to 1k asking. a big one in gallop park will be near 800 for GCB.

Have this thought one year back so got a chance to ballot for a position in Good School, and hope children can do well and buy me a lambo too.

NO i not guru...i live 1km from nanyang...this area i know bit better. nothing do i cycle up n down inside the roads to see houses. then saturday i flip classifieds to see who desperate to sell. wait..this is a good chance for those who wanna buy...but dun expect it to go to post 96 levels....thats my personal opinion.

Wat 9k per mth rental is v good rate. 3000+sqft going for 12 to 15k per mth.
