Todays straits times big big. Sentosa 2400 psf! Seems like no lack of foreign buyers.

as far as i know...sentosa property not doing as well as most thought...maybe the landed ones are more sought after....those condos...man....alot empty..developers holding alot of empty units...resorting to leasing for investment income...spot transaction always grab headlines...just focus on the average and volume of sales and prices....not so headline grabbing...southward trend

high end segment stalling...read that Kepland is not selling its remaining unsold units at Reflections which TOP end last year...using them for corporate residences...130 units of them
