went to see the 120 u posted the last time, condition pretty bad imo.

can take in house finance @ 2.28% for 7yr (think for limited time only waiting for MAS to step in)

I tried but failed to figure out how PML bypass the 40-50% upfront payment.

Interest for in-house finance is cheaper than what banks offer plus 2 extra years. If they can offer it, I doubt PML breach the MAS rule, got to be in the like of... 5 years auto loan combo-ed with some personal loan thingy.

Looking at e overall plus 6 bids non-guarantee... COE prices looks set to southwards.

Is in the news, some finance company is not regulated by MAS but they are looking for ways to plug the hole, so it won't be long.
